Harmonics of Louisville

In 1982, along with a couple of other "birds of a feather", Joseph W. Miller organized a harmonica club.  Even though the principal instrument would always be the harmonica, other instruments such as Dobro, guitar, mandolin and banjo have been added.

Objectives include that members are involved to have fun while improving their technique and skill.  Also, participation is within the guidelines that all members are volunteers and are giving of their time and talents.

Entertainment is our way of giving a form of outreach to our community throughout Metro Louisville, KY.  Senior Living complexes including Nursing Homes, and various Church affiliated groups have been focal places to entertain.  The club meets weekly for practice and discussion.

All persons with some knowledge of the harmonica are eligible to become members, but must meet the approval of the Executive Committee for stage performances.

The club is opened to new memberships accomplished in the instruments mentioned or other instruments that would provide harmonious blends to our performances.

We would like to hear from you.
